How we use cookies and similar tools

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies we use across our websites—what they do, who provides them, on which of our websites they are deployed, and how you can control them.

Effective Date May 8, 2026
Last Updated May 8, 2026
Version 2026.4
Scope United States

This Cookie Policy is part of, and should be read together with, the SRS Web Solutions Privacy Policy. It applies to srswebsolutions.com, mconsent.net, caretap.net, and any other SRS website that links to this Policy (together, the “Websites”).

The Websites are marketing and informational sites. Patient-facing appointment scheduling and patient portal functionality operate on a separate domain (securehealthform.com) and do not use the marketing trackers described here.

The cookies and trackers we deploy vary by domain. Section 4 of this Policy includes a per-domain inventory so you can see exactly what is deployed where.

Section 01

About This Policy

SRS Web Solutions, Inc. (“SRS,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Websites to operate the sites, measure how visitors use them, and (with your consent where required) deliver and measure advertising. This Cookie Policy describes:

  • what cookies and similar trackers are;
  • the categories of trackers we use;
  • which specific third-party trackers are deployed on which of our Websites;
  • how long cookies last and what they do; and
  • how you can review, change, or withdraw your choices at any time.

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

Section 02

What Are Cookies and Trackers

2.1 Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your browser or device when you visit. Cookies allow the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login status, language, or items in a cart) over time, so you don’t have to re-enter them on each visit. Cookies can also be used for analytics and advertising.

2.2 First-party vs. third-party cookies

A first-party cookie is set by the website you are visiting (for example, srswebsolutions.com). A third-party cookie is set by a different domain (for example, an advertising network) when content or functionality from that third party is embedded in the page. Third-party cookies are how most analytics and advertising trackers work.

2.3 Similar technologies

We also use technologies that work like cookies even though they are not strictly cookies, including:

  • Pixels (also called “pixel tags,” “tracking pixels,” or “web beacons”)—tiny invisible images that report when a page is loaded;
  • Session-recording and heatmap scripts—scripts (such as Microsoft Clarity) that record visitor mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and form interactions on the page in order to generate aggregated usability analytics;
  • Local storage and session storage—data stored by the browser that is similar to a cookie;
  • Server-side conversion APIs—direct server-to-server reporting from SRS servers to a third party (for example, the Meta Conversions API), without storing a cookie on your device; and
  • Software development kits and similar tools that perform analogous functions.

Throughout this Policy, the words “cookie” and “tracker” refer to any of these technologies.

2.4 Session vs. persistent

A session cookie is deleted when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your device for a period of time (often weeks or months) until it expires or you delete it.

Section 03

Categories We Use

We organize the cookies and trackers we use into four categories. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. Analytics, advertising, and functional cookies are deployed only with your consent where consent is required by applicable law. Each category below identifies the domains on which the category currently applies.

3.1 Strictly Necessary

Required for the Websites to function. Without these cookies, the site cannot be delivered to you, forms cannot be submitted, and your security cannot be protected. These cookies do not track your activity across websites and cannot be disabled through this Cookie Policy. Examples include session-management cookies, security tokens, load-balancing cookies, and the cookie that records your consent preferences.

Deployed on: srswebsolutions.com · mconsent.net · caretap.net

3.2 Analytics (including session-recording analytics)

Help us understand how visitors interact with the Websites—which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what content is most useful. We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visitor analytics. On mconsent.net and caretap.net, we additionally deploy Microsoft Clarity for session-recording and heatmap analytics, which records visitor mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and form interactions. On mconsent.net we also deploy Zoho Analytics for visitor analytics. Analytics data is generally aggregated and is used to improve the Websites.

Deployed on: mconsent.net · caretap.net. Planned for srswebsolutions.com.

3.3 Advertising and Marketing

Allow us and our advertising partners to deliver advertisements that are relevant to your interests, measure the effectiveness of those advertisements, and limit how often you see the same ad. These trackers may share information with third-party advertising networks. We currently deploy the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on mconsent.net and caretap.net for advertising-conversion measurement and retargeting on Meta platforms, and HubSpot tracking on caretap.net for marketing automation, lead tracking, and email-campaign attribution. Advertising trackers are not currently deployed on srswebsolutions.com. Additional advertising trackers (Google Ads conversion tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and other retargeting pixels) are planned but not yet deployed on any of our Websites; if and when they go live, we will update this Policy and our cookie banner before they begin firing.

Deployed on: mconsent.net · caretap.net. Not deployed on srswebsolutions.com.

3.4 Functional

Enable enhanced features such as remembering your cookie preferences, holding chat-widget state across pages, or pre-filling form fields. These cookies are generally first-party.

Deployed on: srswebsolutions.com · mconsent.net · caretap.net

Section 05

Your Choices and Controls

5.1 Cookie consent banner

When you first visit the Websites, we display a cookie consent banner managed by Termly that allows you to accept all categories, reject non-essential categories, or customize your choices by category. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through the banner because the Websites cannot operate without them. You can re-open the banner and change your preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” link in the Website footer.

5.2 Browser-level controls

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through the browser settings. You can also configure your browser to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or notify you each time a cookie is set. The exact steps vary by browser—see your browser’s help documentation for details. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Websites from working correctly.

5.3 Opt-out from individual networks

For advertising cookies that are currently deployed on mconsent.net and caretap.net, you can opt out directly with the relevant advertising network or industry group:

When the planned advertising trackers identified in Section 4 (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, generic retargeting) become active, the following additional opt-outs will apply:

Opt-outs through these networks are typically cookie-based, which means they will be reset if you clear your cookies, switch browsers, or use a different device.

Section 06

California Privacy Rights

6.1 “Sharing” under the CPRA

Under the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), some of our advertising and marketing-automation trackers—in particular the Meta Pixel deployed on mconsent.net and caretap.net, and HubSpot tracking deployed on caretap.net—may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing. If and when the additional advertising trackers identified in Section 4 (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, generic retargeting) become active, those will also be subject to the opt-out described below.

6.2 How to opt out

You can opt out of sharing by:

  • clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of mconsent.net or caretap.net;
  • rejecting advertising cookies in our Termly cookie consent banner;
  • transmitting a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser (see Section 7); or
  • sending a verifiable request to privacy@srswebsolutions.com.

We honor opt-out requests for the device and browser you use to make the request. If you switch browsers or devices or clear your cookies, you may need to opt out again.

6.3 Other California rights

California residents have additional rights under the CPRA that are described in the Privacy Policy, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Section 07

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by supporting browsers and browser extensions. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and device, including the deployment of advertising trackers in this Cookie Policy. The GPC signal is browser-based, so you may need to install a supporting browser or extension and ensure GPC is enabled. For more information about GPC, see globalprivacycontrol.org.

Section 08

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Several of the third-party providers identified in this Policy (Google, Microsoft, Meta, HubSpot, Zoho) operate globally and may process data on servers located outside your state or country, including in other regions of the United States. SRS itself is a U.S. company and the Websites are intended for use in the United States. If you access the Websites from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative.

Section 09

Children

The Websites are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies or trackers to collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact privacy@srswebsolutions.com and we will delete it.

Section 10

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the trackers we use, the third parties whose technologies we deploy, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the updated Policy on the Websites. For material changes (for example, activating one of the planned advertising trackers identified in Section 4 or adding a new advertising-network sub-processor), we will provide additional notice such as a banner on the Websites, and we will update the per-domain snapshot in Section 4.1 accordingly.

We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically. Prior versions are available on request to privacy@srswebsolutions.com.
